EECP (enhanced external counterpulsation)
It is a noninvasive, mechanical procedure that reduces the symptoms of angina by increasing blood flow to the heart. It involves wearing a series of pressure cuffs around your calves and thighs. The EECP system inflate and deflate the skull of smoking blood from your lower extremity towards the heart. This procedure is indicated for individuals who usually do not have the option of stent placement or surgical bypass for coronary artery disease.
